Beef Brochettes


A perfect harmony of natural spices and citrus flavor makes lemongrass beef brochettes an ideal Khmer appetizer or main dish.


1. Mix ingredients and let marinate for 2-4 hours

2. Skewer the meat on bamboo sticks

3. Line grill with 4 inch strips of aluminum foil to protect skewers
4. Heat grill to ~500 degrees
5. Place skewers on grill with exposed bamboo over the aluminum strips

6. Close lid, when temp returns to 400+ degrees, open lid and turn skewers to cook other side
